Designed for a bold kick of flavor, full of heat and Cajun spices. You would assume the name “Cajun Heat” would be more appropriate on the label of the can, but that name had been associated with a professional wrestler within the Southeast region during the 1990s. Despite his spectacular performances, his showcase of barrel-chested bravado, glazed with suntan oil, was not an image complimentary of our peanuts. Instead, we went with a name that invokes a more savory experience (although some have also voiced that “Bayou Bites” brings about a negative connotation of alligator attacks).
Bayou Bites are spicy and aggressive yet addictively tasty.
